To respond to inquiries, prepare rental analyses, process rental applications, manage properties under contract, and send communications you have asked to receive. We do not sell personal information.
Rental applications
Application data is used solely to evaluate tenancy against our published rental criteria and is shared with consumer reporting agencies for screening purposes, consistent with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who support our operations — screening providers, payment processors, maintenance vendors, and our property management software — and when required by law.
Retention and security
We retain records for as long as required by law and our management agreements, and we use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
